The stay here was real good for my main visit. The location was absolutely perfect and nice and close to parks and hills.

Fairly clean, nicely decorated hotel, brand-new rooms and nice staff. Good options for breakfast with sweet pastries, juices. Marvellous and fantastic location in London, next to multiple restaurants and grocery stores at Queensway, Lancaster Gate or Queensway 

We had a pleasant stay for my main visit.

It was in an excellent and stunning location with a royal museum nearby. The airport was 20 km away. The staff was competent and everything was first-class.

Liked the room with a bath tub, my bed was big. The location was excellent for getting around, as a train station was not far from the hotel. Ate at Bel Canto Restaurant, it's at a moderate distance 

Nicely decorated hotel, enjoyed its helpful staff and satisfactory breakfast. The room was good-sized and nicely furnished and had central heating and satellite TV as pictured in advertising.

Reasonably clean and exceptional hotel, caring staff and comfortable beds. Peaceful position in London. Very very good stay, and 10 minutes' stroll from the metro. Lots of options for sensational breakfast.  

I ate at a fantastic restaurant with nice good price meals. The location was excellent and perfect for walking around an expansive park.

The staff are nice and the room was perfectly clean and compact with free sofabed.

Exceptionally comfortable and neat place overall with perfect and nice location in the restuarant. Excellant breakfast even for Gluten Free and caring stuff.

Compact & new-fashioned rooms with a bath tub. Favourable and fab location to the tube or buses, within walking distance to pubs and a circus.

Appreciated it during our great stay. We stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel was absolutely brilliant, had fantastic location close to tube station. The breakfast was good and even for Gluten Free, the staff was nice. 

Excellent breakfast options. Spotless rooms and compact with a sofa bed as well as a good-sized TV.

Satisfactory breakfast even for Gluten Free with very attentive and attentive staff. The most important - magnificent and incredible location close to multiple tube stations. Just off which is nice and Kensington Gardens and underground.  

Our stay there was just perfect. We stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was gorgeous and fairly clean, with good location in that area. The food at the authentic restaurant was fresh, greatly enjoyed this place.  

Excellent breakfast, a good choice of options available.
